1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to orders placed through the Valon Bamboo online shop by consumers and, where applicable, entrepreneurs.
The contracting party is:
Valon Bamboo
Owner: Erol Bekan
Bolongarostrasse 143B
65929 Frankfurt am Main
Germany
Email: bekan-frankfurt@gmx.de
Phone: 069 30036992
2. Conclusion of contract
The presentation of products in the online shop is not a legally binding offer. By submitting an order, you make a binding offer to purchase the selected goods.
After submitting the order, you receive an automated receipt. The contract is concluded when we expressly accept the order, for example by sending an order confirmation, or when we dispatch the goods, whichever occurs first. The receipt alone does not constitute acceptance unless it expressly states this.
Before submitting the order, you can review and correct your entries in the checkout. The available contract language is German or English. The order details and the applicable contract text are made available to you by email or through your customer account, where available.
3. Prices and shipping costs
All consumer prices are total prices in euros and include statutory VAT. Any shipping costs are shown separately before the order is submitted.
4. Payment
The payment methods available for the individual order are shown at checkout. The shop currently offers PayPal, card payment through the configured payment provider, bank transfer in advance and cash payment on collection.
5. Delivery
Delivery conditions, available destinations, delivery methods, shipping costs and delivery times are shown on the product page and in the checkout before the order is submitted. Stock items are usually dispatched within seven working days after payment. If a product has a longer delivery time, such as direct shipping or dropshipping of up to eight weeks, this is stated before the order.
6. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until the purchase price has been paid in full.
7. Statutory warranty
Statutory liability for defects applies. Consumers have the statutory rights in the event of defective goods. Any additional manufacturer's warranty applies only if it is expressly stated for the relevant product.
8. Liability
We are liable without limitation for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under mandatory statutory liability. In cases of slight negligence, we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations and limited to the foreseeable, typical damage. This limitation does not affect mandatory consumer rights.
9. Privacy
Information about the processing of personal data is provided in our Privacy Policy.
10. Consumer withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. The details are provided in our Right of Withdrawal notice.
11. Applicable law
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer and have your habitual residence in another country, mandatory consumer protection provisions of that country remain unaffected.
12. Consumer dispute resolution
We are not willing and, unless legally required in an individual case, not obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions is not affected.
