Delivery

We deliver to Germany and to the other member states of the European Union. During checkout, you will see whether delivery is available for your address, which shipping method you can choose and what it costs.

We do not accept online-shop orders for destinations outside the European Union.

Shipping provider

Orders are shipped with DHL. Collection is available where it is shown in the checkout. The delivery option displayed for your order is the one that applies.

Delivery times

Items in stock

Items in stock are normally dispatched within seven working days after payment has been received. The delivery estimate shown on the product page or during checkout applies to your order.

Direct shipping

Some products are shipped directly by a supplier and may take up to eight weeks to arrive. If this applies to your order, the longer delivery time is shown on the product page and again before you place the order.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs depend on the product, quantity, delivery address and selected service. The final amount is shown before you submit the order.

Transport damage

Please inspect the packaging and the goods as soon as possible after delivery. If you notice transport damage, take photographs and contact us promptly. This request does not limit your statutory rights.

Payment

The payment options available for your order are shown during checkout.

• Bank transfer in advance
• Cash payment on collection

PayPal and card payments are processed by the payment provider shown at checkout. For bank transfer, we dispatch the order after the payment has been received. Collection is by prior appointment, and payment is made as shown in the checkout.
