Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods. For an order delivered in several parts, the period begins when the last goods or last part has been received.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by a clear statement, for example by letter or email:

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your notice before the period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including the standard delivery costs. We do not refund additional costs resulting from your choice of a more expensive delivery method than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us.

We will make the refund without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or until you have provided proof that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier. We will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise.

You must send or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the fourteen-day period expires.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. For goods that cannot normally be returned by post because of their nature or size, the estimated return costs will be stated in the relevant offer or provided to you before the contract is concluded. Please contact us before ordering if you need a return-cost estimate for a bulky item.

You are liable for any diminished value of the goods only where this results from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Exclusions

At present, no general exclusion of the right of withdrawal is claimed for the products offered in this shop. If a product is subject to a statutory exclusion, this will be stated clearly on the product page before the order is placed.
